    • Please allow 1-5 days to process your order. 
    • Economy shipping is 4 - 10 business days
    • Standard shipping is 2 - 5 business days for graphic tees, sweatshirts, hoodies, hat, and accessories 
    • Standard shipping for dresses, tops, jewelry, bottoms, jackets, and loungewear is 5 - 10 days.
  • Shipping Rates & Estimates:
    • We currently only ship to locations in the United States.
    • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

At danirou, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

    • Eligibility
      • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
      • Must be in original, unused, unwashed condition with all tags and packaging.
      • Proof of purchase is required.
    • Non-Returnable
      • Final sale and custom-made items unless damaged or defective.
    • Return Process
      • Contact customer service at hello@danirou.com to initiate a return.
      • Securely pack items with all accessories and tags.
      • For U.S. orders, danirou will handle return shipping costs by emailing you a shipping label. However, danirou is not responsible for items lost in transit. For orders from outside the U.S., the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
    • Refunds
      • Processed within 5-7 business days after inspection.
      • Issued to the original payment method.
    • Exchanges
      • Contact customer service for exchanges, subject to availability.
      • For U.S. orders, danirou will handle return shipping costs by emailing you a shipping label. However, danirou is not responsible for items lost in transit. For orders from outside the U.S., the customer is responsible for exchange shipping costs.
    • Damaged/Defective Items
      • Report within seven days of delivery with photos to hello@danirou.com
      • We offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.
