Refund policy
At Danirou, we strive to ensure you are delighted with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility for Returns:
- Time Frame: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be in their original, unused, and unwashed condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation email, is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Customized Products: Personalized or custom-made items are only eligible for return if they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Process:
- Initiate Return: To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer service team at hello@danirou.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
- Packaging: Securely pack the item(s), including all accessories, tags, and documentation.
- Shipping: For U.S. orders, danirou will handle return shipping costs by emailing you a shipping label. However, danirou is not responsible for items lost in transit. For orders from outside the U.S., the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds:
- Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. Approved returns will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Depending on your financial institution, the refund may take additional time to appear in your account.
Exchanges:
- Exchange Process: If you would like to exchange an item, please get in touch with our customer service team at hello@danirou.com with your order number and the item you wish to exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Return Shipping for Exchanges: For U.S. orders, danirou will handle the exchange shipping costs by emailing you a shipping label. However, danirou is not responsible for items lost in transit. For orders from outside the U.S., the customer is responsible for exchange shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- Report Issue: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please get in touch with our customer service team at hello@danirou.com within seven days of delivery. Describe the issue and include photos.
- Resolution: We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
