What payment methods can I use?

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

What are your shipping times and costs?

Do you ship overseas?

No, not at this time. Currently, we only ship to customers in the United States.

What are your exchanges, returns, and refunds policies?

At danirou, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Must be in original, unused, unwashed condition with all tags and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable

  • Final sale and custom-made items unless damaged or defective.

Return Process

  • Contact customer service at hello@danirou.com to initiate a return.
  • Securely pack items with all accessories and tags.
  • For U.S. orders, danirou will handle return shipping costs by emailing you a shipping label. However, danirou is not responsible for items lost in transit. For orders from outside the U.S., the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Processed within 5-7 business days after inspection.
  • Issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Contact customer service for exchanges, subject to availability.

For U.S. orders, danirou will handle return shipping costs by emailing you a shipping label. However, danirou is not responsible for items lost in transit. For orders from outside the U.S., the customer is responsible for exchange shipping costs.

  • Damaged/Defective Items
  • Report within seven days of delivery with photos to hello@danirou.com
  • We offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.
