- Must be in original, unused, unwashed condition with all tags and packaging.

- Final sale and custom-made items unless damaged or defective.

- Securely pack items with all accessories and tags.
- For U.S. orders, danirou will handle return shipping costs by emailing you a shipping label. However, danirou is not responsible for items lost in transit. For orders from outside the U.S., the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

- Processed within 5-7 business days after inspection.

- Exchanges
