Every danirou item is made to order — that's how we keep quality high and waste low. Here's exactly what to expect:
1. We make it. Production takes 2–5 business days.
2. We ship it. Once it ships, transit takes 2–5 business days.
3. You get it. Total time from order to delivery: 5–10 business days.
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, so you can watch it the whole way.
Heads up: We currently ship within the United States only. Delivery times may run a little longer during peak seasons or due to carrier delays we can't control — but we'll never leave you guessing.
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

- Must be in original, unused, unwashed condition with all tags and packaging.

- Final sale and custom-made items unless damaged or defective.

- Securely pack items with all accessories and tags.
- For U.S. orders, danirou will handle return shipping costs by emailing you a shipping label. However, danirou is not responsible for items lost in transit. For orders from outside the U.S., the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds
- Processed within 5-7 business days after inspection.
- Issued to the original payment method.
- Exchanges
- Contact customer service for exchanges, subject to availability.
- For U.S. orders, danirou will handle return shipping costs by emailing you a shipping label. However, danirou is not responsible for items lost in transit. For orders from outside the U.S., the customer is responsible for exchange shipping costs.
