Shipping & Delivery

Shipping & Order Info

Every danirou item is made to order — that's how we keep quality high and waste low. Here's exactly what to expect:

1. We make it. Production takes 2–5 business days.

2. We ship it. Once it ships, transit takes 2–5 business days.

3. You get it. Total time from order to delivery: 5–10 business days.

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, so you can watch it the whole way.

Heads up: We currently ship within the United States only. Delivery times may run a little longer during peak seasons or due to carrier delays we can't control — but we'll never leave you guessing.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

Returns & Exchanges

At danirou, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

    • Eligibility
      • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
      • Must be in original, unused, unwashed condition with all tags and packaging.
      • Proof of purchase is required.
    • Non-Returnable
      • Final sale and custom-made items unless damaged or defective.
    • Return Process
      • Contact customer service at hello@danirou.com to initiate a return.
      • Securely pack items with all accessories and tags.
      • For U.S. orders, danirou will handle return shipping costs by emailing you a shipping label. However, danirou is not responsible for items lost in transit. For orders from outside the U.S., the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
    • Refunds
      • Processed within 5-7 business days after inspection.
      • Issued to the original payment method.
    • Exchanges
      • Contact customer service for exchanges, subject to availability.
      • For U.S. orders, danirou will handle return shipping costs by emailing you a shipping label. However, danirou is not responsible for items lost in transit. For orders from outside the U.S., the customer is responsible for exchange shipping costs.
    • Damaged/Defective Items
      • Report within seven days of delivery with photos to hello@danirou.com
      • We offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.
